Because our cookies are made fresh to order and are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been baked or shipped.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or unattended deliveries, but we’ll always help where we can.
